To Whomever may help, I really want it to snow but it hardly ever does here in the Misty Woods. I know someone who can make it snow whenever he likes, but he only comes around at winter and random times for some odd reason. Another problem is that he is invisible so I never know if I've met him yet. What should I do? Sincerely, Emilyn
